Surface Pro Browser Issue - IE 10 Modern UI

I can't be the only one experiencing this...

When I attempt to view articles or links via websites, in particular wpcentral.com, I get nothing. I can scroll up/down but the links are non-functional. I can get it go by restarting, or shutting down and wait a minute or so, but that's only temporary. This last time was only minutes.

I've tried to turn IE 10 on/off in Windows Features under control panel. I have IE set to delete history and cache. I've even tried Fix It from MS support.

Any suggestions?
