i have an isseu with a surface rt 2.
when i turn it on i get a black screen with a battery on it. looks like battery is empty and it wont start.
when i put it on power it works . but the battery is full. so every time i start the surface i have to have it on power otherwise i cant use the surface 2. how can i solve this ?
