Hello,
I am having some problems with the metro mail app and my microsoft-outlook account.
More exactly, the push email seems to be having problems syncing my emails. If I press sleep button and then come back to the start screen I see the notification and the email on the live tile. If I do not do this, the app won't fetch the email unless I go inside and click sync.
I mention that is a fresh install of windows 8.1, and I have tried to reinstall the mail,calendar,people app. The mail is set to receive all emails as they arrive.
Why is this happening and where could be the problem?
Sometimes it works ok, with some delay but most of the time I have to turn of the screen, back on the start menu and then I see the email notification.
