Swiped to unlock, but not really unlocked?

Whenever I rapidly touch my phone when the backlight going off at the same time, the backlight will turn on again, but in locked state.
And when I swipe to unlock, I saw my menu tiles, but can't do anything except swiping down the lockscreen.
Yes I can swipe the lockscreen up and down but I can't use my phone.
I fix this by manually press the lock button twice (the screen go off and on again).
Anyone experienced this?

I has happened to me too on 925 and 720. But it never bothered me too much.

happens rarely, just lock and unlock again.

It will always happen everytime you touch your phone screen at the time the backlight go off.
So, will they fix this in WP 8.1?
