Swype Keyboard from WP 8.1 for Windows 8.1?

Anybody know if this is planned ? I and my Surface would really love it! Since there is no Uservoice for Win 8 (what a shame) I also don't know how to adress this question / request / idea to Microsoft...

I've seen it discussed in other threads as a desire. Me, I'd like it for my SP2 if they offer a smaller keyboard option. As it is, with the on-screen keyboard taking up nearly half of the screen, I wouldn't want to swipe on that. Make the keyboard smaller, taking up a corner, and now we're talking.

how does one get the swype like curve and wave features to work
I downloaded touchpal and it appears to be installed
can do the handwriting thing but not the swype
Thx
