Swype/shapewriting double consonant

Silly question...now that I'm using the shapewriting/swype, how do I "type" a double consonant? I was trying to swype "caffeine", but couldn't figure out the double f in the middle. I'm assuming it's possible?

You just go to the f once.

For instance to type hello, I just swiped through h-e-l-o and it came out hello.

Well that was the obvious answer. I'm embarrassed I didn't think of it.

I wondered the same thing when I tried to type bigger today. It makes sense, since WP would already historically correct "biger" to bigger, for instance.
