sync work Exchange calendar on WP8 to home Outlook

First post here. Got my HTC 8X phone a few days ago. it is a work phone and we run exchange. I would like to sync the calendar from it to my Outlook at home. Is there an app for this or do I need to use a Live account in between?

No need to put anything in between. Just put your settings on your computers Outlook and it should sync.

Create a new account in Outlook on your home PC, using your Exchange login. Then your calendar will be in Outlook. It has to be full Outlook, not Outlook Express.
