Syncing Calendar HEEEEEEELP!!!!

I use Microsoft outlook as my main calendar and on it I have 3 BTinternet email addresses. I have also added my live.com email address. I have also installed Outlook connector.

I want to be able to sync my Microsoft Outlook calendar with my Outlook.com calendar (confusing!!) and with my calendar on my phone so that I have it on the go.

I want one Inbox for my emails.
I just want one calendar that I can view on any device.
I also want to be able to utilise birthdays and uk holidays but I don't want them as seperate calendars (see picture).



It surely must be easier than this . . . . . . I'm pulling my hair out with it. Can anyone guide me please, in plain English.

Surely somone can help me . . . ? Does anyoner successfully use the Microsoft Outlook calendar as their main calendar (with non live.com email addresses as their main email addresses) and then sync with their Lumia phone? Anyone? I am really considering moving to another phone cause this issue is driving me bonkers!!
