Syncing FB Birthdays to Calendar in Mango -- Solution!

This is really great and I have been using this feature for a long time. And it's so easy on the Windows Phone too. I remember having to try many apps and workarounds on iOS to get this same feature.

I recently noticed that "events" of a FB group I belong to are showing up on my phone's Calendar, which I think it's pretty sweet, however, the birthdays don't show up at all. I was hoping the birthdays would effortlessly show up the same way the events did, without my intervention.

Anybody else have a suggestion that doesn't involve a workaround?

I had the opposite problem you guys are having...one day my live account added the birthday calendar on its own and kept sending me email notifications about them. This was really irritating and would not stop even after changing notification settings. In the end I had to delete the calendar to make it stop.

Problem for me is that I now have two birthday reminders in my WP7 calendar. Fb is linked to my live account even though I only have one contact in my live contacts. Even then I only want like 20 contacts' birthdays on my phone. Any ideas?

How to delete and stop them

I want to stop them and never see them again I can't use my own calander for having FB people I don't even know how to clear them out ?
