Syncing Issues with Microsoft Accounts

I had an Outlook.com account sync to my computer in Windows 8.1 Once I upgraded to Windows 10, this account was set as default for all apps. Because my Gamer tag is in a Hotmail.com account, (I decided to sync it so I could test the Xbox app). But some apps and games wouldn't let me change accounts.

I then proceeded to delete the Outlook account. This help me with sign in options in the apps that were not letting me change accounts. Then when I tried to add the Outlook account again, the window closes as soon as I enter my credentials without adding it.
