Syncing office outlook calendar to outlook.com calendar?

One way, I THINK, because you are subscribing to the Google calendar and getting your info. from there. I could be wrong though. Never really change anything on my calendar.

Thanks! I will have to look into this then.

Thank you for the great video, Lucas. I got everything to work until the Send/Receive and the my @outlook.com work calendar should sync with the Outlook.com calendar. The Inbox works fine...receiving, sending, syncing with the phone. The process just grinds there awhile and then gives me a "limited connectivity" error. I doesn't make sense to me that the inbox works but not the calendar.

Hope you have another thought for me. :)

Lucas- thanks for the video, but I have a question please:
do you know of a way to live, continuous sync between the main outlook calendar, and the live.com calendar ?
since the outlook main calendar, in my scenario, is our exchange mailbox calendar, that's synced with our CRM, phone etc- I can't just remove it and move sync it anymore.

I've been looking for a few hours now for a simple way to post my free/busy of my exchange mailbox calendar to the internet, and found that the simplest way is probably to sync my exchange calendar with outlook.com (or live.com) calendar, and share the free/busy of the online calendar.

any ideas ?
thanks !

I have been unable to find any way to sync an Outlook Exchange calendar and contact list to my Windows Live mail account. I know I can add a connector and see those folders in my Outlook client and copy items to those folders, but that isn't syncing. This isn't a Windows phone question, per se, although I have one, but is there a way to configure my Windows Live account to connect to my company's Exchange server in the same way that I have that set up between my Android phone and Exchange? That way, I would have my contacts/calendar items showing up in my Windows 8 tablet, Windows phone, as well as my Android phone.

I just have my outlook.com set up in outlook 2013, it syncs fine with all my devices

If you had read above, you would see that the desired solution is to sync between calendars in outlook (one of which is hotmail.com calendar), which then syncs via hotmail connector(2010) or built in functionality(2013) to your hotmail.com account which then disseminates to hotmail.com app on all devices, computers, etc. that are connected to your hotmail.com account.

Has anyone found a solution for this? How is there no solution for this outside of gmail? And why did they end free support? Does google think anyone using this was going to sign up for business services to continue use? And I don't want to use VBA scripting, such a clunky solution.

Seriously annoyed at the complexity of attaining simplicity....

I am not following, if you use hotmail, you can use outlook 2013 to sync your calendar to it, make changes and it will change on all your devices. Including Android, iOS or windows phone.

Thanks for the great video. This works for me, except for any calendar entries that came via invitation from someone else. They did not sync. I'm not too worried about the old ones, but new ones I see are going to my "old" Outlook calendar, not the Msoft Server one. I'm guessing that if they did go to the Msoft server calendar, then my response back would be via my Msoft email which I do not want. Is the only way to deal with this to manually copy these entries? Thanks for any insights.

In outlook 2013 you can drag and drop appointments between calendars. I do this for shared calendars

Fwiw - The google calendar sync app quit working on 8/1.

rdubmu - That's great it works for you since you're on 2013....not all companies upgrade software as often as we would like. I'm on 2007 so there is no easy solution for me. I guess it's back to just remembering appointments and/or printing out a week at a time.

The good news is I can ditch google for good. :)

If your company is using outlook, I assume they are using exchange. Just add the exchange to your phone.

I know I am replying to an old post, but in case anyone is still out there....thanks for the video link bakc on 6-27-13. The set up you showed works great. However, my data file calendar is the default calendar. So any new appointments default to the default calendar, not the online calendar. Is there anyway to get those two calendars to sync?
Thanks!

I don't know if anyone will read this, but in essence you have created a "portal" to your hotmail/outlook.com calendar in your Outlook account, but it's still a separate calendar. In order for this to work properly, you need to start using this new calendar in lieu of your existing Outlook calendar. Frankly, this is still a pretty sh!tty solution to what should be a relatively easy problem.

Yup - I found this today.
There still doesn't seem to be an easy sync option.

Using:
- Windows 10
- Outlook 2007
- Samsung phone
- Samsung Tab
- I have no Exchange access

Would love a way to sync between my 3 devices easily.
