Syncing Problem: Adding Music w/ Music Pass

Anyone else having / had this issue?

On my phone, Lumia 950 with yesterday's update, I added a live Bowie album to my collection. What used to happen was that after a few minutes, the album would show up in the Desktop app as a new acquisition. Now it does not nor does it show up under the MY COLLECTION of David Bowie.

Anyone?

I have similar problems with playlists, create them on one device and either they don't show up or they are only partially complete on the others.
