System Apps not Opening on 10149

This includes messaging/camera/photos/etc. Can't find a way to fix this. Don't want to lose some pictures, but is that the only option is to hard reset?

Had the same problem after installing an update. Did a hard reset and now it works like a charm.

Factory resetting now.... Does this go all the way back to windows phone 8? (L920)... Hope not lol

Hard resetting just wipes the phone not downgrade

I don't want to use a back up.... Is there anyway JUST to get my contacts back? I want to start completely fresh other than that

*Edit* I was right in assuming just logging into Msoft account would give contacts. Build is near flawless now. Has come a long way since spring!
