Tablet 10" around 300 euro

Hi guys! I'm looking for a tablet with these characteristics:
- good stylus to taking notes and draw architectural concept (something easy)
- full HD screen around 10" ( I've never tried out a 8" screen for taking notes so I don't know if could be ok or not)
- good battery life around at least 8 hrs
- no problems with windows 10
- external sd storage
- price around 300 euro (350 if necessary)

I love the surface 3 but it's around 450 euro. The Lenovo (the one that has a huge rounded battery case, I don't remember the name right now) but it doesn't have the stylus..
Any suggestions? Thank you so much and sorry for my English!

Edit: I've just seen that the iPad mini is around 8".. So maybe even an 8" tablet could be ok but a stylus is required.
I'm gonna watch movie, use one note, basic apps and it should be able to being connected with a USB. Thanks again

Thank you for answering my question. May I ask you two things? I saw that the encore 2 is 8" and 10" both. But the resolution of the screen is always the same 1200x800. Have you any impression about it? I saw as well the dell venue pro 8.. Do u know how is it? Thank you again
