Tap to open pdf

Does anyone have issues with opening a PDF from IE? I had Microsoft's native PDF viewer and it worked twice but since then no response. Just tried Adobe and I get nothing from that either.

It generally downloads to your phone first tap, then a second tap opens it. That not happening for you?

Not at all . It just freezes there on the "tap to open" part with the PDF application icon. When it did work the first two times, I didn't need to tap anything. Just clicking the hyperlink in the browser automatically opened it in the PDF viewer.
