Tap to take photo bug

I noticed some weird bug, in the native camera app (the one used when an app launches the camera, like whatsapp) and you have "tap to take photo" enabled
(you can find it in photo settings in the native camera app)
The camera does not focus! It just shoots when you hit the screen.
It does focus when you disable "tap to take photo" and it did on wp8. But since cyan and wp8.1 this bug arised.

Am I the only one? Is it only NL devices?
My previous 1520 had it, and my new one has it, and the ones in the stores have it.. So please?! Anyone?

I try contact Lumia Help on twitter.. But they want to examine the device. But if everyone has this it should be fixed with an app update or phone update right?

I read it somewhere in the forums. Your pictures should turn out fine even though it appears as if the phone isn't trying to get a focus, but the fact is it is trying to auto-focus all the time. Hope I helped
