Tapatalk - uploading photos to photo contest

Hello, I have installed the app on my L930, logged in, added Windows Central. I would like to join the photo contest "Water". When I choose "Forum - Windows phone photography" all I get is "the photography lounge". No "photo contest".

What can I do?
