This was a reasonable response. Honestly, what can Microsoft do to not lose more customers like him? I wonder what their future strategy will be to keep who they have and gain more people. Maybe Windows 10 will have something up its sleeve.

They can stop looking after iPhone and Android before Windows Phone for a start! Then stop with this low-end crap coz honestly they have way too many devices in that category which is becoming confusing even to seasoned tech-heads. I honestly believe that the only place they can win is to design phones like they do with the Surface n come out with awesome phones design-wise, spec-wise and price-wise! They are gonna have to take the mentality they do with Xbox and be prepared to lose money in the short-term to gain some traction
