You have to have a cellular data connection it wont download over WIFI. Make sure you are connected to cell data.

Well, Itried that, still did not work. What helped was under Access Point I had ATT 3G active after activating ATT LTE1 Lumia it worked fine.

Something strange going on with text messages. I've got Verizon and at certain times, every message I get will come in saying I need to retrieve the media content. I usually have to click it 5 or 6 times and all it ever is, is text. I understand with pictures, etc, but how is it that I get a notification of a text, but not the actual content. Seems strange... just started happening over the last few days.
