Text Messaging stopped working after update. Tmo,L925

I successfully sent one text message after updating to 8.1, but now I immediately get a can't send messagetry again on every attempt. I'm on t-mobile with a Lumia 925, I've tried a soft reset, I've tried turning wireless off and trying, tried turning cellular data off and trying, but nothing seems to be helping. Data connections still work, wi-fi calling works, but SMS doesn't. MMS doesn't work either. I've looked in places that sound like they'd make sense.

Anyone else have this problem? Any one else FIX this problem?

Apparently some people have seen a fix by turning off WiFi. It looks like WiFi calling and SMS are confusing eachother. Check this thread.

That's not a fix.. Now you can't call or text while using wifi calling because you turned it off...
