Text overlaps in Lumia 535

While searching out the apps. I noticed the overlapping of text and icons, like in Quizup and text overlaps when I open battery saver. Help!

Might be the text size settings under "ease of access" are set large.

That did worked but to make it accurate I've to make it so small. The texts are now soo small everywhere.
