Text to Speech apps?

I have a long commute to work and I'm beyond bored with the radio, music streaming and comedy clips. I have been copying and pasting news article text to Microsoft's text to speech app and have it read the articles to me as I drive. The voice is kinda robotic and pronounces things incorrectly. The worst part is that it's tedious to have to copy and paste the articles in to the app to have it ready for playback.

Is there any other app out there that could accomplish this same task but eliminate some of my complaints? Anything that sounds less robotic? Or more importantly anything that doesn't require having to copy and paste the articles?

I really wish there was a function within IE that the phone simply read the text right off the webpage.

You can try Surfy Browser which has a text to speech player build in the app. It works offline, and is multilingual.
