Texting UK Folk

I do a lot of texting to a few friends in the UK. My last phone was an iPhone and conviently, everyone I texted across the pond had an iPhone as well so we used iMessage.

Is there an app I can use on my 920 to text them now bypassing international texting fees.

You could always use WhatsApp. There are iPhone and Android versions if you can persuade your friends to install it.

Don't forget Facebook messenger is also baked right in too.

Thanks for the replies guys, I looked at those options and I did use WhatsApp before iMessage was around..

Guess that's really my only option. First year is free so it says on the app store.
