Thanks for the Amazon gift card, it was greatly appreciated. I ordered a white Nokia Purity set of earbuds.

LOL! So that's who sent it. How did you figure that out? I thought it was a scam at first. Then I thought my wife screwed up and ordered one as a gift but applied it to our account.

When I opened the email on my computer it showed that the card was from WPCentral. I thought it was from my sister at first because she's supposed to get me one too.

I see it now. My mail server blocks images until I approve it.

Thank you WPCentral. That was very nice and appreciated. Also very unexpected.

Thanks, WPCentral! I really appreciate it and never expected such a generous gift.

LoL I saw the Amazon gift card and thought I won an award! WPCentral, you sneaks! Much appreciated!

I will probably pick up a bluetooth speakers/clock. I've been looking around for some good brands but haven't found any yet.

I deleted mine... I am glad you guys posted this thread I get so much Amazon spam that when I am in a hurry I just delete it all then start reading emails... lol I had to dig it out of the trash.:sweaty:

Thanks to Marcus, Kevin, Michelle, James and everyone who makes what we do possible. I really appreciate the gift.

Never mind... Found it. It was in my CrackBerry email. I wonder why? All my emails are going to my personal.

So I ended up buying Photoshop/Premiere Elements 11 together for $89. Amazon had them at an additional 40% off for Christmas. A pretty nice buy for me considering I only had Adobe Production Suite CS2 which is both ancient and doesn't work well with Windows 8. I put the other 11 bucks towards some bluetooth speakers that were on sale for $35. Overall a very good Christmas, much thanks to WPCentral for helping to make it better. :)

Must've deleted mine by accident too in one of my half sleep email deletion marathons because I received a reminder email about it today. I then used it to get me a urBeats headset, Halo 4 and the HTC case for my 8X.

I bought several things... way over the $100, but that came in handy.

Got a new LCD monitor ($150) by Asus for gaming. Will probably buy 2 more for my PC. Purchased a case and a holster for my Lumia 920 as well as HDMI cables by Microsoft.

You'll like the USB share port on that router. You can put a USB flash drive in it. The router will assign an IP to it and you can use it for network storage. They have flash drives now up to 256GB.

A highly recommended router, so I have that on my radar.

D-Link makes really good networking equipment. I've used their stuff in the past.

When my Cisco Wireless Router went bad, my first thought was to get a D-Link Wireless Router. I ended up getting an ASUS RT-N56U Wireless Router from NewEgg due to pricing at the time Newegg.com - ASUS RT-N56U Wireless Router Dual Band N600 Multimedia Ultra Slim Gigabit 802.11a/b/g/n support USB Storage, Print and Media Server (top performance review at smallnetbuilder.com) The ASUS RT-N56U Wireless Router I got from NewEgg was a real mess at first, then I discovered, that I was like eight firmware versions behind. Once I upgraded the firmware on the ASUS RT-N56U Wireless Router, it was fine.

Can an external hard drive be plugged into that router for network storage?

Don't know. I know USB memory sticks and USB printers work on it. I have an external USB hard drive I'll try plugging that in tomorrow and see what happens.
