The apps installed on my SD card doesn't support............What may be the reason?

The apps get a blank icon and doesn't work after some days of installing........Especially when i restart my phone................Please help me........

Is it a class 4 SD card? Usually u run into such trolubles when using a slow SD card. Class 10 is highly recommended if u have a lot of apps in SD card.
Also while restarting apps do tend to take a bit of time to be prepared but its never over 5 mins.
