The Cortana Setup Guide

Hi, is it ok to ask about Cortana setup here?

I have trouble setting my Cortana to remember my name. Here, so I use Cortana both on Windows 10 Laptop and mobile, I setup my name on the laptop, but Cortana on my phone forget my name. I setup my name on my phone, Cortana on my laptop forget my name. But other settings are sync through like i setup a reminder on my laptop and my phone also got it. Can anybody help? Thanks

dikadik- I don't know sometimes software has its glitches. If it were me I would try my hardest to find a way to either reset cortana or the info she holds such as like you said your name. Hopefully you get that problem fixed, cause I know cortana can be a big help.
