The disappeaing keyboard

I am having the issue, on my Surface 2, were the on-screen keyboard pops up and then disappears when I try to post, here. So far, I have no issues anywhere else. I found threads for this but none seemed to have a resolution. To post this, I am using a Bluetooth keyboard.

Any ideas?

I am afraid restarting is your only option then... it's an anoying bug with surface but I haven't seen that on my Surface 2 yet... hope MS will fix it soon or grab a cover...

I have this problem with some other sites as well. My work around is to hit Bold or Italic options before typing in something.

I just had that issue. If you swipe from the right then settings> keyboard > touch keyboard, it should pop up fine after that.
