The hard drives on my new pc laptop are empty. How can I install Win 10 from CD?

When I turn the pc on, it is in DOS mode. It doesn't appear to have the cd-rom drive installed.
I have 2 CDs, one for the Lenovo hard drives and one for Win 10.
Please help.

Simply put in your Win10 cd, shut down your notebool holding down power key, they turn off again. It shoud start automatically from cd
