i have a problem when updating. the connection won't active (cellular) and in settings-> phone update it shows downloading update, but it showing 0%.
before it, i received an update notification, but i dismissed it. is it what makes the update not running? how can i fix it?
help me please.

You need to download the update over WiFi.

Of course you can. You just need the RM-915 product code. Which country variant are you looking for?

I am from Croatia, and variant for me, for Lumia Black is RM-914.

I just updated to Lumia Black, but it's showing Windows Update 3 (10517) instead of 10521.





Anyone else have this issue?

You will get 10517 until you update via preview for developers.. Only preview for developers users will have 10521. It confused me at first too on my at&t 915.

RM-914 and RM-915 are hardware variants of Nokia Lumia 520. RM-914 is the international variant, and works in most of the eastern hemisphere. RM-915 is the variant for the western hemisphere.

The variants are due to the frequency bands - the geographic differentiation is something I just realised.

Do a hard reset if possible. Let your system refresh itself.
