How is it to be in a slow ring insider because I want to become one but I would like to know if there are many problems with it like unable to call or text

No such problems ever occurred to me, however there is risk that some features could get broken (for example there were issues with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity in the past). You never know what can get broken in the process of development, but the core functions are mostly stable.
