The Sims 4 on the M3 model?

I'm curious can I play the sims 4 or 3 even on low settings? The gpu looks like it can handle it based off the specs and considering this is slightly better than the i3 in the sp3. I'm not looking for anything amazing but low settings and around 30 FPS is doable for me.
