The start up screen o my Nokia L635 is "glitching" what can I do to fix this?

I havn't dropped it once seen as I only got it two days ago, and whenever I try and turn it on the Nokia symbol is "glitching" up and down

Is it fine after the boot? It sounds like screen damage. I've seen similar stuff happen to Android phones

Mine does that to sometimes, but very rarely. It's an OS glitch.
