The alligator I tried was horrible. Probably wasn't very fresh which is kinda weird because the restaurant I was at I could see alligators in the water across the river.

well i was on a 10 day cruise... i cant say that my alligator was definitely fresh unless they keep a live alligator tank on the boat haha
