I do hope Microsoft understands the severity of this situation. If they don't release 8.1 by 3pm PST, I will not hesitate to cut a *****, My mental health is currently resting on a timely release of this update.

I'm guessing around 10-11 AM BST. Why? Update 3 preview was released at that same time plus Peter Bright's latest tweet. I could be wrong, but it seems likely. Remember, Windows computers and Xbox have different timings, so why not Windows Phones?
