The Win10 advisor says I can't upgrade to W10 (from W7)

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my sister's laptop to W10, but the Win10 advisor says I can't upgrade to W10 (from W7), and to click the report for more details. See screenshot, (sorry, the system is in French): http://www.screencast.com/t/Cncet8S0t

When I click the report, it says everything is ready for the W10 update...

Which version of 7 do you have?

Some versions won't upgrade at all like Builders Edition. Enterprise Edition requires the IT department of the company your device is licensed with to upgrade you over their corporate server...

If you have 7 RTM that never got Service Pack 1 (SP1) you have to use an ISO to upgrade and can't do it over the internet. See this very detailed help page: How to: upgrade from previous versions of Windows using Windows 10 - Microsoft Community
