I don't see why that would be a reason for it failing to install.
Seems like it should install for anyone anywhere who meets all the criteria.
Shouldn't it install the US english version?

I've got a 3.26 GB folder (the $Windows.BT~) folder, and I'm waiting. Will I be able to install at midnight? I also joined the Windows Insider program about an hour ago. My computer is compatible with Windows 10. (model Toshiba Satelitte L655)

This morning I had a 4GB folder of $Windows. ~BT and now it says only 140MB. Can anyone explain what this means to me?
