Themes are not working for HTC 8x phone

I was in the middle of an update today and my theme color disappeared, as did my photo wallpaper. My phone is just black and white now. I have turned it off and on again, I have reset the colors and pictures but they won't take. Can anyone help me with this?

Have you accidentally turned on ease of access high-contrast theme? Accessibility on my phone | Windows Phone How-to (United States)
