There are only 190 xbox live games on WP. Why aren't there more?

What happened? Xbox was one of the reasons why I. Bought a wp I the first place. Most of the games in the store have no achievements or xbox multiplayer so it can get boring really quickly whereas on android and ios, almost all games have Game Center or play games enabled. Why aren't there more xbox games?
