These step for Hard reset or Soft reset

Turn off phone press and hold Volume Down and Power when the phone vibrate release Power and keep hold Volume Down until " ! " show on screen and then press Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down > Done.

I did it and have nothing wrong.

for hard reset I do "settings > about > reset your phone". Takes somewhere around ten or fifteen minutes.
