I did a little research but can't find any third party keyboard for SP3
i also notice that similar keyboard connector is on other windows tablet, is it standard?
The keyboard connector is patented, so I'm going to guess that third party companies can't use this (desired) feature.
Your best bet is looking for Bluetooth keyboards, I've heard that Microsoft's Universal keyboard is quite good, as its intended for mobile/tablet devices and (apparently) has up to 1/2yr battery life
Bite the bullet and go with the Type Cover - you won't regret it. Not having to futz with another Bluetooth device is a godsend, it is a good keyboard (not great - but much better than all the iPad keyboard covers), and it does a nice job protecting your screen in your bag...just do it...

By other Window tablets do you mean in the Surface family or other windows tablets?
There is a third party keyboard on the market (1), but due to patents they can't use the keyboard connector. I wouldn't get it as it connects to the tablet via Bluetooth, so your going to have the haste of reconnecting it every time you turn it on along with the fact that you need to charge it, just like any other Bluetooth keyboard. So if you I'd save yourself the hassle and go for the official Surface Pro 3 keyboard. If you are going for the official Pro 3 keyboard I'd shop around and look for the cheapest deal.
