Hawaiian - much less probability of a hurricane. You might want to reconsider the Atlantic if you are on the west coast of South Africa, it is even colder than the Pacific...by the same token the water is amazing down in Mexico around Puerto Vallarta in the Pacific

Facebook. All of my friends use it. However, I wouldn't mind giving Google+ a try whenever they want to make an official app.
