Three UK tethering and Windows 10 Insider Preview

Hi everybody I installed build 10166 on my 925 a while back and Three would always say I'm tethering and block my data connection. I've never had this issue on 8.1 (apart from the WC app bug). It made the phone unusable when I was out and about so I had to got through the process of rolling back to 8.1. I was wondering if anyone on Three UK that has a plan where tethering is blocked has installed the latest build. I would really like to test it but being without a data connection is obviously a massive issue.

Okay, so good news on my end guys. Three have just sent me a text saying the following:

"From Three: We've fixed the problem you reported. Please restart the device and try using your services again. Call us if you have any more problems. Thanks."

And lo and behold, it's working again, at long last!!!!

I advise anyone that's having this issue to contact Three using the link that Daniel R shared, explaining the situation and it should get sorted out.

Just contacted them, hopefully they can' sort it by the time my 950 comes. !

Today I finally got somewhere with this issue. Because the phone isn't listed (or W10) on the three network they think it's a tablet or something... The guy spoke to tech and asked them to push the phone on to some list.... Anyway, i got data for the afternoon but as of 5pm it went back to being blocked... Phoned them again to unblock my data but it's slower this time round.

I've just been on the phone to Three support as I'm getting the same issue on a Lumia 1020 running the latest slow ring update. As a SIM only deal tethering is included in my bundle so even if the phone was creating a hotspot I should still be able to access the internet.

No good news so far but its been escalated to the network team who'll contact me in 72 hours.
