Threes coming to Xbox One... maybe Windows and Windows Phone too?

Threes is coming to the Xbox One as a snap-able app.

The Xbox One has a WinRT-ish runtime for apps... which means they could (maybe) bring it over to Windows and Windows Phone too. Having it as a universal app across Xbox, Windows, and Windows Phone would be awesome.
