My Windows Central phone (8.1) start screen tile is static and set to live tile disabled. Occasionally it turns 'live' and starts flipping. When I unpin and repin it the new tile says 'wc count' and flips to say 'I'm used for the lockscreen count- unpin me.' The app settings haven't changed. Restarting the phone between unpin and pin has no effect.
The only way to get the static tile back is to enable then disable the live tile or uninstall and reinstall the app. Anyone else have this problem?
