Tip: Full Zoom in 4K Video on 950 if you change to 24 fps

I noticed that when you try to Zoom in 4K video you only have a very small amount of zoom available.
If you change to 4K 24 fps instead of the default 30 or 25 fps then you suddenly get the full zoom available.

never noticed that.... granted, i only shoot in 24 fps
