Titanfall Companion App Unavailability Issue

Anyone else getting this message when trying to install the Titanfall Companion app for Windows 8. I tried it on both my Surface RT and Pro, but nothing. Obviously, people are installing it because of the recent reviews I read.

I don't have the Titanfall game, but I tried installing the companion app just to troubleshoot for you. I get the same error.
