TMO 925 Speaker Not Working?

I watch Youtube daily at lunch and noticed that i no longer have sound? It works through the 3.5mm Headphone jack but not the speaker?

Is there is random setting that i may have hit and silenced the phone? I have Volume + Ringer all the way up. Ive tried Calling, Texting, Pandora, Nokia Music and Xbox music with no luck. I have restarted the phone atleast 10 times?

Anything else i should check before trying to get an exchange? Thanks for your help in advance!

Have you tried playing music and inserting and removing the headphones a few times to see if the speaker starts working again? Perhaps there is something that is making the device still think headphones are being used.

I just walked out to my car and tried that. Still a no go, even after a fresh reset. Its such a shame. I just got my wireless charging cover and plate in today too. Really not looking forward to doing an exchange or warranty.

I received my replacement device today. It was the first time my Local Tmo heard of this problem. We will see how long the new phone last. Glad I can finally hear people calling me now.
