To folder or Not to folder

Since Nokia has officially released a folder management app for your Start Screen, well what do you think? Do you prefer apps organized in folders, or do you them on your start screen?

Not for any of my live apps but stuff like games, photography etc.

I use it to group similar apps that scattered in the app list. and this apps can be too many if I pinch them to the start menu and not all is used frequently. So yeah, I use the app folder extensively, and quite happy with it

I'm gonna re-organising my start screen with Header Tiles and App Folders.... a killer combination...
