Top Bar Problem

Everyone knows the WinMo top bar dissapears when your using most programs. When I'm in Youtube, the top bar appears and I would have to click the menu tab than close it to remove the top bar.

How do you fix that problem??

I don't experience such issue on my sprint tp while in youtube are u using a cooked rom or the stock rom?
