Total Conquest - resuming on another device

So this gam eis like clash of clans. On cash of clans, I can be playing on one iPhone and also continue on another iPhone.

IS this possible for total conquest. I installed the game both on my PC and also on my lumia with the same name, but doesn't look like I can continue my progress on my primary device which is my pc on my phone, anyway to get this synced up?

So if I had to reset the devices, I would start all over?

I believe it not possible to sync game saves between windows phone and PC even if there the same game.

It's possible to resume on another device. All you need to do is connect your facebook account to that device. This can be done by clicking settings (near the Market button), then selecting "connect" and connecting your facebook account. Next, go to the new device and repeat the process. When it prompts you to "restore save", select the green check mark.
